Data we process

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the name, company, contact details and message content you share. When you visit our website, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, contact links clicked) is processed via Google Analytics only if you give your consent.

Cookie policy

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. The cookies and similar technologies we use are:

• Essential (browser storage): your language preference (bio-lang) and cookie choice (bio-consent). Required for the site to work, stored only in your browser, no consent needed.
• Analytics (consent-based): Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*), provided by Google LLC (USA), kept for up to 2 years. Loaded only if you select “Accept”, to understand and improve how the site is used.
